IEGD Driver for Linux under Xorg 1.7?

Hi There,
Can someone tell me if the latest IEGD driver will work under Xorg 1.7 or higher?

Hi,

All Support for Intel Embedded Graphics Drivers are through this link: http://edc.intel.com/Software/Downloads/IEGD/#features

Here is some additional info from the Download page:
The Intel Embedded Graphics Drivers for Embedded Intel Architecture-Based Chipsets are available to anyone, but Basic registration is required. After registration, you will immediately receive access to the IEGD drivers. If you are already a registered user of the Intel Embedded Design Center, please log in now.
