IMSL didn't download, can't access account

I was sent the installer for the Fortran/Math kernel/Visual Studio shell, which was successful, but IMSL wasn't installed. I've registered (and tried to re-register but got notified my account existed already), but for some reason am unable to log in. I've tried clicking on the buttons for "forgot password" and "forgot user ID", with no luck. I'd like to login to see if I could download IMSL from my account.

Problem solved. FYI - the email that gave me the download information did not give enough detail about installing the program. In particular, it did not point out that there were two other packages to install in addition to the one linked to in the email.
