I'm getting this message when trying to register my product:
"Our records indicate that the serial number you provided has already been registered. Please check your records and try again. If you feel you have received this message in error, Click Here."
I searched around on the support page but I kept getting sent back to https://software.intel.com/en-us/download-registration-licensing.
Who can I contact about this issue?

That's the problem? Do you think the license has been registered by another (unauthorized) person? Od do you just want to obtain your license file? Which is the serial number (please reply using the 'Send Author A Message' link to protect confidential data).
