ITMS 90168 issue for iOS app file

I uploaded the ios ipa , error message and my app directory

I just modife the html file and got those error

Please help me and thanks in advance

Maybe fix my issue

I feel I need to update my VirtualBox MacOS from El Captain to Sierra and I think this issue will be resolved

Hell Apple ... I do hate this company 

Xcode and MacOS updates to last releases and problem resolve
