Implement Star Rating in App

Hello all, 

I want to implement a star rating in my app. Just a simple one. I've tried different things like:

- http://callmenick.com/post/five-star-rating-component-with-javascript-css

- https://css-tricks.com/star-ratings/

But for somehow I can't make them work, does anybody has a solution that I can use?

Finally I got it working. I've used the jQuery Raty app. It works excellent!
