In case upgrade app to 1.1, what I needed to change from project settings?
App version to 1.1,.... what else???

Yes you will need to change the App Version only.
Ios app published 9.2 ios and up, can updated - next version - to 8.0 ios and up min ios iphone to install?
Leonidas -- if you specify iOS 8 as the minimum OS version for your app build, it will install on iOS 8 and iOS 9 devices. iOS 8 is the minimum supported by the CLI 5.4.1 build option.
