Installation issues with Intel Parallel Studio XE Composer 2016 Update 3

Hi,

I'm trying to install Intel Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran and C++ Linux 2016 Update 3. I've downloaded the new license file (with upgraded serial number) and installed on our license server. In Step 3, I using the option "install offline using license file" and enter the complete path for my license file but get a message "The license file(s) you provided does not have a valid license for this product."

How can I get help with installing intel compilers.

Thanks,

Hi,

The upgraded S/N SR28-XXXXXXXX is expired.

If you're still a student, you can apply academic license (https://software.intel.com/en-us/qualify-for-free-software/student).

Best regards,

Soflen

Thank you SOFLEN.

Yes, this SN has expired, I had applied for a new SN and I have a new SN with a license file. With this updated SN i am getting the above error.

Hi,

Sorry for my super late response.

I didn't get any notification when you left messages.

Anyway, your new license is activated.

The license is for "Intel® Parallel Studio XE Cluster Edition for Linux*" but you said you're trying "Composer Edition for Fortran and C++ Linux 2016".

When you go to https://registrationcenter.intel.com, can you find the available tools (ex. Intel® Parallel Studio XE Cluster Edition for Linux*)?

And please make sure the Ethernet or Wi-Fi MAC address matches 00:30:48:b8:f9:72, then you install off-line with the first license file.

The second license file I sent is for 00:25:90:fc:a0:46.

Best regards,

Soflen
