Hello all
I just saw (in windows update) an update for the intel camera, so I pressed install. The installation failed, so I relaunched it. Something happened, the update went away, so I thought I succeeded. I locked the pc, but noticed the "wasn't able to turn on the camera". Also the sdk isn't able to stream 9even though the device is recognised in the device manager.
So I thought, do a complete reinstall, however, even after unistalling the sdk and other intel camera related entries (1 other) the installer told em there is an more up to date version of the depth manager, which I'm not able to find anywhere.
Does anyone have an advice on the matter, because literally nothing works now.
VKR, Victor

Could you run SDK_INFO and provide result and following logs to us?
- Collect all the log under C:\Windows\Temp\micl_tmp_SYSTEM\2015.XXXXXXXXXX\log\FWUpdateLogDir
- Collect all the log under C:\Windows\Temp\micl_tmp_SYSTEM\2015.XXXXXXXXXX\log\IVCAMLogDir
Thanks!
