Intel Active Management Technology status on this Computer is : disable

Hi there , please can someone just help me with this Error and tell me what to do to fix it.I reboot my laptop to it's original settings and after I installed everything again this error showed up when I start up my laptop. " Intel Active Management Technology status on this Computer is : disable . To enable or disable Intel ATM , contact your authorized system administrator. Help !!!
