Hi,
In date 6-th of october 2009 I've purchased a support services renewal.
Following the instructions I've registered my Serial Number
but the message has been that the serial number was already registered.
Now I receive your mail concerning the "Windows Support Services
Expiration
Notice", but I've paid for it two mounths ago !!!
Can you explain me what's happening ?
Best regards,
Dr. Giovanni Luca Cascarano

Greetings,
Are you referring to "Intel Fortran Compiler Professional Edition for Linux*" renewal you registered last week?
But I see that "Intel Visual Fortran Compiler Professional Edition for Windows* Version: 11.1" is yet to be renewed. It expires in December 2009.
You can look at all this information by login into https://registrationcenter.intel.com/
Also any serial number you buy, needs to be registered to reflect in the registration center.
Hope this answers your question.
Thank You
Shamla
