Intel Fortran Compiler for Visual Studio 2010

I downloaded the Intel Parallel Studio 2016 trial software but it will not integrate into Visual Studio 2010. It appears that I need Intel Parallel Studio 2015 (or earlier). How do I get access to a version that will integrate into Visual Studio 2010?

VS 2010 is still supported. This article will help to troubleshoot integration issues:

OTOH, there is Microsoft VS 2015* Community edition you can download for Intel Fortran Compiler evaluation.
