Intel GMA 950 Driver on Windows 7 Problem

Hi,

I have intel GMA950 on my laptop.Before few days i installed Windows 7, and i noticed that in games or in any program it recognoises only 64 MB of Video Ram (the GMA 950 has 128 MB of video memory), in Windows XP i didnt had this problems.Is there any way to change this.In Properties it says:

Total Avaible Graphics Memory: 256 MB

Dedicated Video Memory: 0 MB

System Video Memory: 64 MB

Shared System Memory: 192 MB

I have installed the latest drivers, but everything is the same.

So the question is, can i change System Video memory to 128 MB or 256 MB(on some forums i saw this question about 256 MB with no answer), and can you help me? Thanks in advance.

Please answer,dont just look and go away.I need explanation, and answer, just a stupid answer, nothing else.
