Intel Media Processor CE4100 Development Platform

I've bought Intel Media Processor CE4100 Development Platform from your partner ADI Engineering, but they refuse to give me SDK for this platform. In the last message they told me that I need to contact directly Intel through IBL and get the necessary software. Moreover the most part of the documentation they provided me was about Intel CE 3100. Can you help me to solve this problem as soon as it's possible.

This is what is recommended. You should contact an authorized distributor. Refer to http://www3.intel.com/cd/channel/reseller/asmo-na/eng/227304.htm. They can get you in touch with an FAE (Field App Engineer) if needed who can help you. You can also visit http://communities.intel.com and browse through the communities appropriate to your issue.
