Hi Support,
OS platform: Windows 8.1
I have some questions about Intel Parallel Studio XE 2016 Update 3 Software Installation and Software activation. First, the software cannot be found in the App screen. Only "Getting Started with Intel Parallel Studio XE 2016 Composer Edition for Fortran" can be found in the App screen. However, the software is exist on "Program and Features".
Second, it seems that the serial number cannot be activated. Error occurred during the software activation.
This serial number will be used by 2 PC. How can I activate this serial number? Does anyone can provide some procedure for me? Thanks

Thank you for contacting Intel Support. I will attempt to answer your questions, one at a time.
"First, the software cannot be found in the App screen"
Our suite is not a an app per-se and as such cannot be found in the app screen. The Fortran compiler in Windows* is a plug-in or an add-on to the VS compiler. You can use the compiler via a command line or from within Visual Studio.
"This serial number will be used by 2 PC. How can I activate this serial number?"
The license you have purchased is a floating license with 2 seats. You need to download and install the Intel Software License Manager first and then install it on the client systems. See:

Also, I can see you have Intel Premier Support. You are probably better off opening a ticket there:
