Hi,
I'm trying to uninstall Intel® Parallel Studio XE2016 update 1 Cluster edition from control panel (win10 PC), I got the following error:

Seems like it's looking for the source file in "D:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\Download\parallel_studio_xe_2016_update1_setup" but I don't have this folder on my PC. Any idea how to fix this?

It seems like your installation got corrupted. Try downloading and rerunning the installer, then uninstalling.

Thanks for replying, the problem is solved by rerunning the installer and extracting the files to the indicated path, however I want to know if Intel provide downloading for the old version installer like XE2016, since I can only find XE2017 on the Intel website.
Another problem is that when I try to install the new XE2017 I got the following error:
Intel(R) Parallel Studio XE 2017 Cluster Edition for Windows* Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error(s).
Windows Installer failed to configure product:
Error message: The older version of Intel(R) Software Manager cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group.
Error code: 1603
File name: ism.msi
Installer logs location: C:\Users\ICMONK~1\AppData\Local\Temp\pset_tmp_PSXE2017_k\2016.09.09_11.02.39_00004c3c\log\
There are too many log files to post here.
Seems like the Intel(R) Software Manager is not uninstalled with XE2016, is there any way to remove it manually?

You can select earlier versions in the Intel® Registration Center. When you are on the download page, there is a drop-down allowing you to select the version you want to download.
Intel® Software Manager should have been removed when you uninstalled the suite. You can remove it manually, see https://registrationcenter-ssl.intel.com/Docs/ism_v2.htm for details.
Do you need any additional assistance?

The website states that "
- Windows* OS: Intel® Software Manager cannot be uninstalled independently of the products which use it. Intel® Software Manager will be automatically uninstalled when all the products which use it are uninstalled.
"
which does not help in my case.

Did you follow the instructions under the "Removing downloaded bits" section?

Yes I did delete all the files in the installation folder, and the same error message still appeared.
