Intel Paraller Studio upgrade

Hi,
I'm currently using 3 Single Commercial (ESD) licenses of Intel Parallel Studio Service Pack 1. As suggested here :

I'm eligible for upgrade to the 2011 version so I already purchased a Support Renewal contract.
How ever nothing happened yet and I still don't see an option to upgrade one of the serial numbers associated with my account.
