Intel® RealSense™ SDK Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error : Integrity checking failed. Source file is incorrect

Hi,

I was trying to install Real sense sdk. First time when installing there was some problem with internet connection (was downloading 9 0f 94). So I stopped installation. Then again I started installation. But it shows some error. I am unable to install real sense sdk now. The error message is as shown below

Could you provide the installation log to me? You can find it @C:/Users/<user>/AppData/Local/Temp/micl_tmp_<user>
