Intel STM Compiler license file or serial number

Hello, First Thank you for reading my question. 

I want to install intel stm compiler version 3.0. 

I'm already know that compiler exipred and do not support anymore. 

but I really want to compile using intel stm compiler. 

I want to find a license file or serial number.

Please send me a license file or tell me how to get a correct serial number.
