Intel Software Compatability with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) MRG, Debugger Inclusion

I am trying to find out if the latest Intel Software Suite is compatible with RHEL MRG (Messaging,Real Time,Grid). I believe this uses RHEL release 5 as the base version and then installs a 'patched' kernal on top of it. Has anyone tried this, any lessons learned?

Also, On a different subject, is the debugger included with the compiler purchase.

Intel C++ and Fortran compilers for linux, as well as packages including the compilers, include the debugger (an entirely new version for 11.0).
