Intel Visual Fortran Composer XE

I have some software we are trying to compile with visual studio 2010 and the fortran composer spits out FCompW/Flexlm lcensing errors. I cannot use the registration/licensing tools because I do not have the serial number. I am the systems administrator on a government contract and apparently the previous SA has discarded the packging/serial number.

I can get the purchase information through our financial department but have yet to find a contact number or e-mail for this type of issue.
