I have Problems with my Plugins after the Update to Intel XDK 3088.
I see the following message after the Plugin Version change.
Uh oh! target destination "/Users/xxxx/Library/Application Support/XDK/xdk-scratchdir/644e5202-fd16-48d5-86a0-6611ef93bce7/platforms/ios/HelloCordova/Resources/CDVNotification.bundle" already exists

Make a list of the plugins that are part of your project and delete the plugins directory inside of your project. Then add them manually using the plugin manager.
Are you using the new Construct2 export for XDK option?
