Intel XDK Store Locator

Hi, i am using intel XDK to create a mobile app which tracks the users location, displays stores nearby and gives directions to these stores. I have the users current location displaying on a Google map and i'm using reverse geocoding to return the user's address. Does anyone know how i could display stores near the users location? All help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
