Intel XDK did not exit normally last time; normal restart may recreate the problem

Hi,

When trying to start the xdk i get the message :

Intel XDK did not exit normally last time; normal restart may recreate the problem

Would you like to attempt a safe restart instead?

However, whichever option i choose (safe mode or normal), the app doesn't restart. It gives me the option of uploading the log and then quits.

Can you check to see if you have any nw.exe processes running? If so, kill them and try restarting.

If that doesnt help, uninstall the XDK and then reinstall the latest version. https://software.intel.com/en-us/html5/tools

Please try downloading and installing the 1826 version that was just released. It fixes some crash problems, with luck, the one that is causing you troubles. If that doesn't help, see the instructions here > https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/topic/542074 < regarding how to completely uninstall the XDK from your system, and then reinstall the latest download from http://xdk.intel.com
