Intel XDK stable version and Intel XDK Early Access On the same PC

I wonder if it is possible to install both the "Intel XDK stable version" and "Intel XDK Early Access" On the same PC?

You can install both Intel XDK and Intel XDK Early Access on the same machine. It is not recommended to run both applications at the same time.

The reason I asked about it, Is because I really liked the designer for the "HTML5 + Cordova" template but when looking at the code it was a bit different from the vanilla Ionic templates I am used to, It seems that the designer for the "HTML5 + Cordova" adds extra XDK API, directives to the html code. 

It would be great to have your designer for the Ionic framework starter template generate only simple Ionic code.

We will continue to refine the App Designer tool within Intel XDK. At this time, any template created by App Designer will not exactly follow the respective frameworks' programming models.
