Intel XDX Cloud Depcreated?

How are we supposed to do our apps now? If the Cloud is deprecated then how do take our exported files and build them into an .apk? All Create package does is make a .CLI . How do you convert a CLI into an .apk?

PS: In Go here for more info in Intel XDX doesn't work.
