Intel XE 2013 download

I require the use of Intel XE 2013 or 2011 to compile Fortran code for use as a subroutine with MSC Marc. I have searched the web, but can only find the latest version, 2016, for download. Unfortunately I have been advised that this will not work for my application. Could I please be directed to a site where I can safely get hold of the required versions?
