Hi,
how do I install Intel app preview on a Lumina with windows 8.1? The app store do not have it and the web page wants me to upgrade to windows 10.
What do I do?

I'm sorry to inform you that Intel App Preview is currently unavailable on the Windows phone Store.
Though you can build your apps with the XDK and use Application Deployment tool to install it on your Lumia phone.

We are working on finishing our full Cordova support for the Windows Phone, please be patient, it will return. Until then, you will have to use the technique that @Michael recommends.

i think I am stuck with windows since I do not have a windows computer.
Lets focus on android. I updated the Intel app preview from app store but the app is dead. The buttons view instructions, Login, License, Privacy are dead. The bottom bar sort of works. I have a samsung with android 2.3.4. So I guess I need a new phone?

2.3.4? Thats pretty old, and I would suggest getting a newer 4.4.x device at a minimum.

Android 2.x is no longer supported by the Cordova Project and our current version of App Preview no longer works on Android 2.x. Please do find yourself an Android 4.x or 5.x device, as @john suggests.
