Intel camera not connected properly

I am working on DELL  inspiron 5520 model. processor i5-3210M  4GB ram , USB 3.0 is also there. intel sdk and visual studio is also installed. than i connected my camera to USB 3.0 . There were 3 device showing in device manager as camera. so everything was fine. when i started camera to rum sample from browser, it take stream for 4-5 seconds. and than it was not showing anything on screen. than i tried again to reconnect camera. when i reconnect camera , it is showing green light initially, but this time it is not working at all and those 3 devices are also not showing in that device manager. I am uploading log file, so if there is any problem, so help me please

Could you run sdk-info from the SDK bin folder and post the results please?

Well the camera is definitely not being seen. I assume you have tried unplugging, rebooting, and replugging in the camera?  

Have any Windows updates or other driver changes been done on the system since it first worked?

No sir, i didn't update any driver or windows update since it first worked. But yeah whenever it(camera) didn't work, i wait for some time (3-4)min and than i unplugged it and again after some time i tried to plugged it. but it is also not working after first time.
