Intel ixp NPE assembly language documentation and tools

I know that this is the wrong forum to ask this, but I have so far been unable to get detailed documentation on the Ethernet Engine Processors on the IXP425.

I am not interested in them for network processing, but rather to offload processing and data handling from the xscale core.

If someone can direct me to the detaile documentation for programming the Ethernet Engine Processor and tools needed it will be greatly appreciated.

This code will run on an IXP425 that does not run an OS.

Thank you

Dave Laurin

Dave,
For access to any documentation not publicly posted at http://www.intel.com/design/network/products/npfamily/ixp425.htm , and for this type of design assistance, we recommend that you contact an Intel Product Representative.
If your company already has its own Intel representative, you may wish to inquire whether they are able to assist with this inquiry. Your company's Purchasing Department will normally have your Intel representative's contact information. If you have no contact, please see http://www.intel.com/buy/wtb/wtb1023.htm under "Design Help".
If your location is not listed, please see an Intel Authorized Distributor and ask for a Field Application Engineer (FAE). Our Intel Authorized Distributor list is also linked from the URL above.
