Intel realsense camera error

We have a intel real sense s300 camera.We have installed it on a Dell Optiplex 3090 Desktop with Windows 10 64Bit and Core i5 processor,8Gb Ram.

Camera manager version

Intel realsense intel_rs_dcm_sr300_3.1.25.2599 and

Intel SDK version

intel_rs_sdk_offline_package_r6_8.0.24.6528

We are able to see the camera in the camera demo app.But when we try to set face login in windows hello it is not capturing the image and it gives an error saying "Sorry something went wrong,close windows hello ,and then try going through the setup again.

Please advice us on this
