Thanks for your participation in the Intel IoT forum. In order to improve your support and troubleshooting experience, this forum will be merging with the Intel Maker support forums at https://communities.intel.com/community/makers/. We’re in the process of migrating all of your existing threads and users to the new platform so you should be able to pick the conversation up in the new location right where you left off.

Any threads or posts created after today will not be migrated, but I will be leaving this forum unlocked until May 1 in case you want to wrap up any existing conversations.  After May 4th, we'll start redirecting users to the new forum experience at the maker community.  Thanks again for your participation in the Intel Maker Forums, and we look forward to keeping the conversation going with you on our new community platform.

Contacting support is the right way to go.  Did you contact the IDZ support team or the communities.intel.com support team?

IDZ support can be found here: https://software.intel.com/en-us/contact

and is really good at resolving login issues.  Thanks for letting me know Zoran I'll be looking into this on my side as well to see if there is anything wrong with the login system that our sites use.

Deren,

I did contact IDZ support team. I received mail from IDZ... but they ask me where I try login.

Please help : I could login on this forum, but not on communities.intel.com.

Error message on login :

Error: Intel Account Already Merged

Your Intel account has already been associated to an existing account on Intel Communities.

Thx.
