Yesterday when I was entering an issue in Premier Support, the website was presenting me with Korean menus. Today I'm not able to access the site at all. I get an invalid SSL certificate, and then the site informs me that "You do not currently have access to the requested site."
The last few months premier support seems to be down at least as often as it's up. I'm wondering if it's really worth paying for this service.
(The SSL certificate is issued by Intel Intranet Basic Issuing CA 2A. I suspect that intranet certificates are not intended to be distrubted to the broader internet.)
