Hi!
I'm trying to debug a MIC application remotely from the host but am getting the message "File error: Permission denied" for the application being debugged and its associated libraries.
According to the manual, the following commands should be executed from the host:
idbc_mic -tco -rconnect=tcpip:mic0:2000
idb file-remote /remote-search-path/application
file /local-search-path/application
set environment LD_LIBRARY_PATH ...
Does anyone know what may the problem causing this?

I am not able to reproduce this using a very trivial program. I am using a system with MPSS 2.1.6720-13, Intel Composer XE 2013 Update 5 compiler (Version 13.1.3.192), and no local accounts on the coprocessor so I'm operating under the root id.
What version of MPSS and Composer are you using?
At which of the steps are you experiencing the error?
