support? I am stuck and can't wait on the forums for answers. Is there a paid product version of XDK that provides support or where you can purchase tickets like you can do with Apple. This XDK is useless if you are constantly searching for answers and can not find any.

Now the app keeps crashing, I've been sending in the error logs. I can't even work on my project anymore, it locks up when I try to work in the Design mode or switch to Code or run the emulator. All I have is Main page, mainsub and sidebar with Listview, one image, icon. This also started happening AppFramework too which is why I decided to move my project to JQuery Mobile instead.
Build 1621
JQuery Mobile app
Windows 7
Any settings that need to be made other selecting JQuery(instead of AppFramework) when starting a new project to prevent this behavior?
This is for Android.

At this time, there is no paid support option for Intel XDK. Are you experiencing this issue even with the blank starter projects? I recommend that you avoid making manual changes to the code generated by the Design panel drag and drop actions. In the next few weeks, an update to Intel XDK will be released which should address your issues.

Thank you for your response.
It is the node-webkit helper that keeps growing in memory which ends up either causing no response or crashing. I've seen the memory go as high as 1.3 Gb of memory. What I do now is routinely shut down xdk and wait until the process ends and then restart xdk. Even using a template without App Designer it still grows in memory.
