Latest GMA 4500 drivers and Vista (Server 2008) x64 - Overlay doesnt seems to works

Hello,
it seems that latest drivers doesnt works well with overlay - even when i modify video settings in intel panel nothing changed in player. Video plays slow and pixelate quality. Any ideas?
