display driver stopped responding and has recovered

Hello, i keep getting the above error from time to time, (waking from sleep mode, simply lifting up laptop lid after closing it), and when i play some games (spore and guildwars). I am using "Mobile Intel 965 Express Family Chipset", with the latest driver "7.15.0010.1472".

Im sure the first thing your going to do is tell me to update my video drivers, however, i dont think this is the problem because

1) ive already got the latest drivers, as checked by windows update and the gateway update thing.
2) its only happened since i last factory restored my computer, and never ever happened before then.

Thanks very much for any help you can give me, even if its just someone saying they have the same problem, ive looked everywhere and tried everything to try and fix it.

Try sending your issue to our Intel Hardware Support Team. They should be able to assist you with your driver issue.
