I have a simple question. If my IVF support expired on 10/16/2009, will my original SN work with an IVF update which was posted on 10/15/2009 (i.e. one day earlier)?

Sunil,
The article you linked to in
the other forum thread is correct (noted here for
the benefit of others viewing this new thread).
However, this relates to a new release of the exact same product. In your case, which we are working via
another forum thread, the products are different, contain different components,
etc. I hope to have an update for you
soon which I will post on the original forum thread.

Rob, thanks for the update. I re-framed the question to see if any of the forum readers had experienced problems with their serial numbers after the expiration of their support.
