I'm requesting a license file and am posting here for help, as per https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/resend-license-file. Thank you.

Hello,

I am seeing only one product associated with your name: Community Licensing for Intel® Performance Libraries 2017. This is a name-user system-locked serial number that doesn't come with a generic license file. If you have Internet access you can install the product using the serial number. The Installer will generate a dedicated license file for your system and will place it in the appropriate directory. Please be advised, that license file is only valid for the system it was installed on.

If you wish to install the product on a system that doesn't have Internet access you will have to generate a license file manually and place it on your system. If this is your intention please see instructions: https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/how-do-i-get-a-license-file-for-an-offline-installation-of-intel-parallel-studio-xe-2016

Does this answer your question?

Regards,

Hello I have the same question for a recently purxchased FORTRAN floating 2 seats license. Could you check and help, I don't know how to proceed. Should my IT guy use INTEL installer on a dedicated server and this will generate a license file?.

thanks

Pascal,

I have seen your name on another forum thread and in IPS, is this a duplicate or another issue?
