License Transfer of Intel C++ Studio XE for Windows

On 28 May 2014, I had tried to transfer my Intel C++ Studio XE for Windows license to my colleague following the instructions given. However, to date, my colleague has not received any email asking her to seek the transfer. At the same time, I no longer see the software in my list of Intel products.

I would appreciate Intel's kind help in resolving this issue.

Thanks!

A license transfer happens silently and doesn't automatically inform the new user. Since I don't see any C++ Studio for Windows license under your account I think the transfer has happened successfully. Could you please tell me the Serial number to double-check (please answer via "Send Author A Messge").

Regards, Hubert.
