License Transfer

I have an intel license that I was using on the nasa.gov network but our group has been moved to an army.mil network. When I'm trying to register my license I get an error that my email domain doesn't match as my email address has also changed. Can anybody there at Intel help me?

I can help with transferring your license.  Please send me a private message containing the email address under which the license is registered and the serial number.
