I have a similar problem to a thread by Sam M. on Mon, 06/06/2016 - 12:24. (https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/intel-software-development-products-download-registration-licensing/topic/637510?language=en-us&https=1)
The thread has been closed so I opened a new thread for a question.
James T. mentioned to install the runtime-only components (libraries, collectors, etc.) on all the computing nodes to resolve the problem.
I don't know how to install runtime-only components once parallel studio has been installed on the head node.
It would be appreciated if you guide me how to do it.
Regards.

Hello,
What package of the Intel software you are trying to install? If it is Cluster edition with non-expired license, then you install all components on the head node and install only libraries and other run time components on the other nodes. Using custom installation option will allow you to select components to install.
