Hello! I recently got a stundent's copy of Intel® Parallel Studio XE Professional Edition for C++ Linux after receiving the serial number by e-mail i tried using the registration form at: https://registrationcenter.intel.com/regcenter/register.aspx to get the license file.

Unfortunately the e-mail that supposedly contains my license has never arrived at my inbox...

How should i proceed?

Thank you very much for the help!

the Intel Registration Center is offline for repairs but should be back online this afternoon.  I will send you an email with your license.

You can use your Serial Number for installation.

I sent your license file to you.  Save this .lic file in /opt/intel/licenses/

Thank you very much!
I was able to use the program normally after correctly placing the license file under /opt/intel/licenses.

Stephen,

Sorry for the delay.  I sent your license file to you - let me know if it does not arrive, Stephen Wood appears to be a more common name in our license database than I suspected.  Hopefully I found the 'right' Stephen Wood.
