License for Evaluation Copy of Composer XE 2015

I am attempting to compile the LAPACK library locally on my machine and I receive the following error output.

I have resent the license file to your registered account. It should be enclosed in the email attachement.

Please have a check and put it under C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Intel\Licenses
