Hello there,
I have an issue with the renewal of Intel Visual Fortran Compiler Professional Edition for Windows* licenses as the original serial numbers were registered under a foreign account (belonging to the same customer, but the email-domain changed).
Upon registering the renewals and entering the original SN's the tools says '[9]You do not have the necessary authority to complete the requested operation.'
Please advise.
