Linking

I have been successfully compiling and linking programs on my previous computer under Windows 98. My new computer has WindowsXP professional. Programs compile properly but when I link, I get the message; " Application failed tio initialize properly" Any suggestions?

I saw this once but it was a long time ago. 'fraid can;t really recall the resolution., It had something to do with the TEMP environment not being set right. I suggest a reinstall of CVF if you find no other easy fix.
