Looking for Atom's firmawe in order to build AOSP.

Hi there! I would like to build AOSP for my tablet and I am looking for Android drivers for Intel Atom x5-z8500. I've already made a few build and would like to begin with something new. Could you please gimme a hint where to look and search? Both for graphics and the chip itself.
