Mac reports ENOENT error, especially after update to XDK

On Mac machines, on the very first usage of an upgrade to the XDK you may see reports like those in the images below, regarding temporary file permission failures and ENOENT file errors. Exiting and restarting the XDK normally resolves the issue. We are working on a solution to the problem.
