Migration guide for porting PercSDK apps to RealSense?

I know code related to the Senz3D camera is not compatible with the RealSense camera.  But is there a guide anywhere with tips on how to migrate code from a PercSDK app to a RealSense?  Something that covers things like:

- Differences in new RealSense data structures and things like the PercSDK GeoNode structures?
- Camera stream data differences?
- etc.

Something that generally those of us who have various impressions and expectations that came from doing extensive work for the PercSDK.
