My Intel Fortran Compiler's license has been "System Lock"

Hi, I have an Intel FORTRAN compiler licensed via the company I am working for. I installed it in one of my computer. Now, I uninstalled it and am trying to install it onto one of my another computer. However, the new installation can not proceed, as it says the activation right is not allowed. Could someone help me resolve this issue?

Please contact me at Yili.Huo@Bentley.com. And the license is also associated with the email. Thank you so much.

By the way, I tried to use the online portal https://supporttickets.intel.com/?lang=en-US. But, after clicking the "Request Support" and filling in my information, it always lead back to the same page for filling information. Can someone teach me how to use it?

Yili

The 2017 version needs an updated license file and license file is unique for each system.  Please see https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/how-do-i-get-my-license-file-for-intel-parallel-studio-xe-...

I will look into your issue with the Online Service Center.

Hi Hal, This is Yili H., the guy posted the original question.

As you suggested in our private talk, I am now logging in with my user name "huoyili00". With this account, I can not access our private talk, and therefore I am sending you message here.

Could you please help me look into the license? I just tried it and it is still "System Locked". Thank you so much.
