I am an academic looking to commercially distribute a program I compiled with Parallel Studio through our university tech transfer office. I am the only developer working on the project. Would a Commercial Named-User license be sufficient to commercially distribute my binary and any necessary dlls listed on credist.txt? Thank you,
MM

I would recommend you direct your university's legal department to review our End User License Agreement, which can be found at https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/end-user-license-agreement. If there are further questions, I can attempt to connect you to someone in our legal department for clarification.
